Research Objectives and Approach

QD, QW, NW and thin 2D film fabrication on complex substrate using Atomic Layer Deposition for advanced energy nano-materials such as Solar cell, Solid Oxide Fuel cell, Photoelectrochemical cell and All-Solid-State-Battery.

Characterization on diverse energy materials using in-situ (S)TEM-EELS/EDS (Cs/Cc aberration-corrected and monochromated) with image simulation to investigate structural, mechanical, chemical & electronic properties.
