Stephanie Ribet defends dissertation

Stephanie Ribet defended her thesis, “The Hierarchy of Length Scales in Materials for Environmental Remediation: From Macroporous Sponges to Sub-Angstrom Electron Probes”, on March 09, 2023. Here is a summary of her dissertation: Stephanie worked on the design of nano composite materials and for environmental remediation and characterizing hybrid structures, such as these sponges, with STEM techniques.

In April, Stephanie will start as a Postdoctoral Scholar, National Center for Electron Microscopy, Molecular Foundry, Lawrence Berkeley Lab.
