Songting Cai Wins The 2020 Weertman Fellowship

Songting Cai, doctoral candidate coadvised by Prof. Dravid and Prof. Kanatzidis, has been selected by the Department of Materials Science and Engineering to receive the 2020 Weertman Doctoral Fellowship.

The Weertman Doctoral Fellowship is an achievement-based award to recognize only one Ph.D. candidate each year in materials science and engineering for her or his outstanding scholarly achievements and promise. The Fellowship was established in honor of the tremendous contributions of Hans and Julia Weertman to the discipline of Materials Science and Engineering and to our department.
