Hee Joon Jung of VPD Group Co-Authors Paper

NUANCE Research Associate Hee Joon Jung, PhD has co-authored a research paper published in the online Journal Science about efficient, stable silicon tandem cells enabled by anion-engineered wide-bandgap perovskites. The goal of the research, according to the abstract, is to maximize the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of perovskite-silicon tandem solar cells. Jung, together with his KAIST colleague, Assistant Prof. Byungha Shin, and others, have made exciting advances in the field of solar cells!

As stated by Prof Shin about their research:"Our ultimate goal is to develop ultra-high-efficiency tandem solar cells that contribute to the increase of shared solar energy among all energy sources,”...“We want to contribute to making the planet healthier.”
