Jen DiStefano attends Science Outside the Lab Workshop in Washington D.C.

Jen DiStefano recently attended the "Science Outside the Lab" Workshop in Washington D.C.  This workshop focused on the intersection of science policy and nanotechnology and offered the opportunity to network with a whole variety of science policy decision-makers. To name a few, Jen met with nanomaterials regulators at the EPA, program directors at the NSF, the Committee on Women in Science, Engineering, and Medicine at the National Academies, and a NASA official.
