Akshay Murthy presents at MRS spring meeting
Akshay Murthy, a graduate student in the VPD group, presented his work at the Materials Research Society Spring meeting in Phoenix. The conference brings together scientists and engineers investigating materials-related questions from around the world.
Akshay's work was titled "Power dissipation at Interfaces in Monolayer Transition Metal Dichalcogenides" and was presented during a symposium dedicated to Quantum and Nanomaterials. The work examines the role interfaces play in heat dissipation within various 2D materials.
