Fernando Receives Travel Grant for MRS

In March, Fernando Castro will be travelling to the 2016 MRS Spring Meeting in Phoenix, AZ thanks to a generous $500 travel grant that he received as a fellow of the Hierarchical Materials Cluster Program at Northwestern University. He will be presenting a poster on his work as part of the Center for Electrochemical Energy Science (CEES) entitled “Li-Ion Conversion Reaction Battery Anodes with Metal-Metal Oxide Multilayer Architecture”. Fernando plans to make good use of this opportunity to share his work and to make connections with other scientists in his field of research. Congrats! ​
