VPD Group member begins work with Intel Corporation

Shraddha Avasthy, a recent graduate of Northwestern's Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science, accepted a position as Process Engineer with Intel.

Shraddha defended her dissertation entitled "Localized Mechanical Property Characterization of Materials with Atomic Force Microscopy" in November.  She has begun to settle into her new role, bringing valuable insight to tomorrow's processing materials.
