Dan Charles is working for Boeing in the Next Generations Materials lab in St. Louis. He is working with a "Technical Fellow" named Gregg Bogucki on a project where they are modifying carbon-fiber composites to improve their conductivity (the applications are both for lightning protection and EM shielding).
