It was a six-week program consisting of nanotechnology and German courses, lab work, and cultural activities.  The nanotechnology course, taught through the Walter Schottky Institut, focused on nanoelectronics and magnetic nanoparticle therapeutics, providing a comprehensive overview of current research topics and methods.  The lab work complemented the nanotechnology course and also included visits to research centers and industrial sites.
