Welcome Mr. Muto!

Atsushi Muto from Hitachi High Technology America will be working with the VPD group and the NUANCE Center to enlighten us with innovative SEM techniques. Mr Muto will be at Northwestern University from October'07 through January 2008. We are excited for this special visit and hope to learn from his expertise.
