This summer, Max Frantz will be working with Shihhan and Yi-kai

Max Frantz will be working with Shihhan and Yi-kai on a project related to functional oxide nanostructures. He is working on gas sensing properties of indium oxide. The sensors will be prepared with e-beam lithography and will be optimized by manipulating parameters of dopants, degree of crystallinity and UV exposure.
