Conner Dykstra, Felix Richter and Sara Styke started work in our group as an REU (Research Experience for Undergraduate). Felix worked on the "Therapeutic Potential of Magnetic Nanostructures (MNS): Working on conjugation of antibody and targeting agent to MNSs and their in vitro and in vivo applications". Conner's research topic was "Synthesis of PEG Coating for Functionalization of Magnetic Nanostructures (MNS): Synthesis and stabilization of Iron Oxide Nanoparticles (MNS) by ligand synthesis and place exchange."
