Research Objectives and Approach

Lithography is always an issue in most device fabrication involving trenches and gaps for subsequent deposition. My approach is to use electron beam lithography to create gaps for molecular assembly purposes, which also includes bridging large structures, such as electrodes for easy probing. I am also involved in structural and electrical characterization of devices I made.
