Research Objective(s) and Approach

A BSMS student from the ME department, Ben entered the VPD group with an interest in MEMS sensing and manufacturing. Research goals in this vein for the near future include MOSFET cantilever design and fabrication, focusing on biosensing applications. Additional research interests include the SNFUH project, specifically microfabrication of samples and characterization.
