Research Objectives and Approach
One of the research topics that I am interested in is nanostructrue- from fabrication to structure analysis to property study to application exploring. Now I am studying on Soft e-beam lithography and nanostructure made by this method. I am also thinking about other methods to make nanostructures with different kinds of materials.
